Received 2 cuttings in near perfect condition, potted them the next day. Waiting for them to root at this time, was very satisfied with both and definitely will order more in the future

Cactus cutting arrived in great shape. Good instructions and I'm waiting for it to root now. Also included were several gifts - an aloe pup, a pinecone cactus, and a lithops! I sent a few questions via email and received a personalized response. This was my first order from Succulent Source, but won't be my last!
I order two cuttings and two potted plants and got one each as freebies and ten little whateva's and I'm so stoked because everything is already growing and the peruvianus is by far the fastest growing Trichocereus so i decided to leave my review here. 10/10 will order again, maybe some cactus seeds and airplants!

I read the description and expected some issues, like cuts, etc..not a pretty specimen, but this is a little more than most would expect with that description. Only about a quarter of the plant was connected. I can probably replant it if it falls over or breaks off, but I don't really know how to do that. I think this one should have been reworked a bit, not sold to a novice, first time cactus owner. I would have ordered the cuttings then. I have bonsai trees and if I got one like this, I'd be pretty disappointed. Just not a great start for me in the cactus world.

You ordered a basic bargain potted Bridgesii specimen. This is what cactus look like when they have been cut and grow new tips. It's not an issue whatsoever. They do Not grow flat on top of the other section. They grow from the side off of aereoles, aereoles are what spines grow out of. Also, it will not fall off, it's been like that for well over a year. This is cactus 101, I'm sorry you're a beginner, but I make myself readily available via email, text and even my cell phone to assist and answer questions regarding cactus. I want all of my customers to be happy and learn how to grow these awesome cactus successfully. Did you email, text or call me? We even include a card that that reminds you to reach out with questions. I Can't help and answer questions and concerns if you don't reach out and ask. Your specimen is healthy and will grow big if you take care of it. If you have additional questions, ask, and I'll answer.

I ordered a sectioned cut, and asked in the order notes if there’s any possibility they could find a cut that’s sectioned halfway so I can make two stumps.
Darren reached out because they didn’t have any to match my request, but offered instead an option for full length cut that had been sitting for a while. It was a bit spotted from laying down, and the tip was a bit etiolated, but to me it was perfect. It allowed me to graft the tip, and make my two great stumps. Couldn’t have wished for anything else. Thanks Darren, and thanks to the succulent source!
This was my first time ordering plants online and it worked out nicely. They arrived pretty quickly after I ordered them and they were carefully packed in the box so that there wasn't any damage. I've never had a Crassula plant before so I'm excited to see it grow.
This is such a gorgeous Lil globe..and you can do so many different ideas with it .plant and looks with it!! Even add twinkle lights if u wish but .A super small set!! Do noT over do ANY thing .I like my Motto.." less is more"
