This is a perishable item, we do not offer full refunds or returns.

- If plants arrive damaged,
- we can send out new plants to replace them,
- we reserve the right to refund you for the broken ones instead of shipping new ones,
- or inform you on how to care for the damaged ones.

We take great care in the packaging of your plants, but unfortunately the same cannot always be said in how they are handled once they leave us.

If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make the situation right.

**For damaged plants we require a few pictures and email them to us as it will help us figure out the best way to resolve any problem.
