The Succulent Source without a doubt has great customer service and extremely quality succulents. I ordered a variety of sizes and types of succulents for my April wedding. Everything for center pieces, favors, cake, boutonnieres, flower girl basket welcome tables etc.

The ordering process was very intuitive and their communication was outstanding. Nothing was damaged during delivery. All packages came in time for the wedding.

I even ordered a few pieces (cuffs and hair pieces) handmade from their local florist, Amber. Everything was healthy and vibrant and stayed together until after the reception.

Of course the best thing about succulents is being able to replant and enjoy them long after the wedding!

My succulents arrived on time & the price was right if I would have gotten what was pictured. They were for my daughters wedding. When they arrived in 2 separate boxed, I opened them on my sun porch, but very quickly moved them out of doors, when cock roaches started moving around when exposed to the light!!!! A lot of roaches!! Once outside, they quickly left. The picture showed very pretty colors of succulents. Mine were not anywhere close to being that vivid. As I moved each one to a new pot, many did not have any root system at all. I'm quite sure they died once the guest got them home. I contacted the seller upon seeing the roaches who denied having a bug problem & advised me of all the inspections they have passed--all I wanted was to know how to get rid of them. He wanted a picture of the roaches, but they quickly left with the light source. Most of the succulents had brown spots on them, again probably won't live long. Overall, I cannot recommend you product, but thanks for asking. I should have been alerted when they wanted a ship date as close the event date as possible, so correcting any problems is impossible!!

I ordered over 200 succulents for two separate wedding weekends and they were the perfect addition to the tables and as guest favors! Easy to keep alive! Haha

I ordered these for our wedding favors. Because we ordered the "wedding" succulents, I expected them to be a little bit more attractive than standard succulents. Unfortunately, they weren't. Some are small and not very pleasing to the eye. Customer service was prompt and polite, but I did end up keeping a few behind that I didn't feel were favor quality.

I placed an order of 30 2" succulents to give out as First Communion favors. My order arrived right on time and as expected. The customer service was superb and I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I was. Even when I had a problem with 5 of the little guys the customer service was above and beyond what I would've ever expected. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I received my succulents and they were in GREAT shape and they were delivered from all the way across the country! They are soooo cute and perfect for wedding favors! Also, they were delivered a week before my wedding which has given me plenty of thing to wrap them in kraft paper and put a ribbon around them! I received my succulents within the anticipated time, even a little earlier than I thought since they were coming from across the country! They were packed well and looked just as good as the website showed. The price was right and I can't wait to give out these favors at my Son's First Communion. This was the first time I used succulent source. I was looking for 30 small succulents to pot up as favors for a baby shower. The Succulent source also had other items, such as little thank you flags on sticks, to use with my project. The plants came within 2 days and were very well packaged and healthy upon arrival. I planted them a week later and by that time they had grown twice their size! I was so impressed by Succulent Source's information and guide to properly caring for these little gems. Succulents look great.. only annoying thing was they were delivered on their side so about a 1/3 of them lost a lot of their dirt in the box and I had to clean them all off and repot them. Other then that they look great though and are doing well!

I ordered 150 mini succulents along with glass votives and pebbles to make wedding favours/escort card holders. The plants arrived exactly when I requested in incredible shape. Not a single damaged plant. I followed the helpful video to care for and transplant to the glass votives. Am extremely pleased with the result. Did I mention I live on the opposite side of the country from the nursery.

For my daughter's 18th birthday party we gave guests their own succulents in small terracotta pots. They were such a hit! Everyone loved them! Thanks so much! :)

I needed some mini succulents for a bridal shower I was hosting. I know absolutely nothing about the plant and contacted Succulent Source and the response time was beyond speedy and I placed my order that day. They were super helpful and I got my succulents the following week with no damage. The videos and tutorials online were extremely helpful. They even included some extra plants in case some got damaged and some instruction stickers for the new planters. THEY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING. Highly recommend and they beat prices for local nurseries I had called in LA. This picture is what the plants looked like after I took all the shipping peanuts out. Super cute, right?

Ordered a small variety (15) as a sample to determine if these were what I want to use for our wedding favors this September. The variety is 100% what I have been searching for, could not be more satisfied. In the mere 4 days since delivery, all 15 are thriving and had a noticeable growth. Will plan to use these in the wedding centerpieces and do a much larger order for the guest favors.

This was my first time ordering. The succulents are for my daughters wedding shower. I am very pleased with the order thus far. Everything arrived in good condition. I did place my order in advance with a shipment date request and I am happy to report that I received them promptly -shipped Saturday arrived Monday. I wanted to have the plants at least 2 weeks prior to my event in case there were any issues, happy to report, no issues. I do not have a picture at this time as my event is upcoming. Thank You Succulent Source, your videos ( love the kids knocking the box around) are also very helpful. I am glad I prepared myself for what to expect! We ordered 150 of these for an appreciation event at work. They arrived pretty quickly after we placed our order. I was a little concerned about the shipping process - even though I watched the video on the website - but it was unwarranted. They arrived in excellent shape with very little dirt spilled. We followed the instructions provided about watering them and they are doing great. Our team will be transplanting them to mini pails for the event next Tuesday and I have no concerns that they will be well received. Thanks!

I purchased these for a fundraiser luncheon to be used as a favor and yesterday repotted them all for the event with the help of several volunteers. Everyone was so pleased with the great variety of plants and how healthy looking they were. The only issue we had was that I tried and tried to peel the stickers that were provided (Water only when dry) and I couldn't do it. After about the fifth person tried, she realized they were printed on the wrong side of the stickers! That was no problem though as we just omitted putting them on the pot and instead are putting something in the program giving the instructions on watering. I would have no hesitation in reordering when a need arises.
