*Seeds may take up to a week to ship, we always try and ship out quickly, we know you're excited to sow, but multiple factors can cause delays including orders with other items, germination tests, 14 and 16 year old life drama to name a few. Yes, you read that correctly, our kids help us with the majority of this side of our business. They help pick the seed fruits, clean them up and dry them out. Put together the orders, and if it looks like a kid scribbled the name on the seed pack, you’re correct, our boys tend to have poor penmanship, apologies in advance!  We always add a bonus pack or two as well as our thanks, and your patience. If you really need them ASAP due to unusual circumstances, please make a note during checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate, thanks.

Sowing seeds successfully takes a little skill, a little luck, a little light, a little warmth, and if everything works out, you'll get germination! If you honestly feel one of the seed packs you ordered from here had poor germination, and it wasn't due to other factors, please reach out to me and I'll make things right for you, it’s important to Lora and I that our customers are happy! But if you buy three different packets and all three fail or have poor germination rates, it's very likely not the seeds but other factors. I'm here to support you, but honestly I don't have enough time in my crazy busy life, six kids, running the nursery, blah blah. I wish I could! So ask away, but also do some googling and or join some of the forums that are solely focused on sowing cacti seeds, lots of awesome help out there, lots of methods, tricks, and do's and don'ts. ok, please keep reading!

**OP means open pollinated. Open pollinated means when the flower opens on a cactus, we let nature do its job and that usually means bees, lots of bees bringing pollen over from other blooming cactus. We’re on a lot of acerage here so there’s almost always other interesting trichs flowering to help with the pollinating. Most of our OP seeds come from multiple fruits, from multiple locations, and from multiple times. What does this mean? It means you should have a variety of different looking seedlings to grow attached to! This being said, we also offer specific crosses where both the Mother and Father genetics are known.

These are OP, Open Pollinated seeds so there will be variation in seedlings, beautiful offspring no doubt!

Sowing seeds is a learning experience. Some people have a great experience, some are luckier than others, and some completely fail!  Germination success can vary based on multiple factors!!! If you can get a handful to reach a few inches/transfer size, consider that a great start, everything above that is even better. Lots of great and differing methods available on the internet, do a little research and find a way that makes sense to you. Good Luck and have fun! Pachanoi OP mix. 40 count
A mix of  Pachanoi OP seeds from our nursery.  You will get variation in each pack of pachs!  These flower in spring with large white very fragrant flowers. Once mature, these cactus can go without water for up to 6 months without any problems. Great additions to sustainable landscaping.

TSS Blue Peru- Peruvianus OP mix. 40 count
Beautiful blue Peruvian columnar cactus, from a variety of genetics, all open pollinated from other trich varieties, there will be variation in every pack.   Mature plants flower large fragrant white blooms in spring. These cacti prefer a well draining soil mix,  from full sun to filtered lighting. A gorgeous addition to any cactus collection or sustainable landscape project.

Trichocereus MIXED OP 100 pack will consist of 100 plus seeds from a mix I made from multiple OP trich types, including a variety of pachanoi(no pc), TSS Blue Perus, Chalaensis, and others. Fun to see all the different characteristics as they begin growing.
