We ship 1000's of boxes out weekly, all over the Country, all year round, during big storms etc. and it is not common/very rare for plants to freeze, but we cannot be responsible if you have them shipped during extreme conditions and they FREEZE.
How many Packs do you need?

Good price for the heat pack considering how much one small package of Hot Hands will run you. Glad I got the hot pack because the temps in Missouri went from low 70s to high 20s within just a couple days. The hot pack kept my succulents from dying or getting frost bite. They arrived in perfect condition.
The cuttings are healthy overall, despite minor damage to some of the exterior parts, which was expected. This is a good deal for those like me, who like to propagate cacti into smaller pieces, and it's fun watching them grow.
This cactus was shipped fast. It is very healthy, with many pups. It's a beautiful cactus and it makes a nice addition to my ornamental garden.
