The customer service is really great, Darren helped answer my questions on taking care of my cactus to be based on my region. This is the only place I’ve seen with really neat metal labels instead of those typical paper ones that are gone in a moment. I really appreciated the freebies that came with my order and everything looked great and is alive and growing strong still, the shipping was good too I liked the care for packing. I would recommend them and will be a repeat customer for sure. Much love!
