Poor packaging

I ordered around 8 or 9 cacti as I recall. The plants were fine. Good plants for the price. My issue concerns the packaging. A couple of plants had labels, most didn't, and no packing list, so no way to ID plants. With smaller plants from the same family, they can be tough to identify, and with no packing list, it's a guessing game at best. Next was the actual packaging. A couple of plants were loosely wrapped, but most were just thrown into the box unwrapped. I've been buying (and selling) plants online for several years and have never seen "packaging" like that before. It's a bit disappointing, because their plants, pricing and shipping are all good.

Beautiful plant.

I bought 5 of these.One for me and gifts for friends,but they are so beautiful I kept them all.The dark purple and dark green colors on these cactus is stunning.I will be looking for more rare cacti in this store.Thank you so much!
