Cracks and breaks can happen during shipping, we'll do our best job packing but it's always a possibility you may need to try and propagate an arm or piece. This is the life of succulents, it happens naturally in the wild and it can happen during shipping, just want everyone on the same page, once established, they'll bring you years of enjoyment, and growth!! Please do a little research on them as they are not your typical succulent.
