*This one has a terminated tip, this form is called a "butthole" haha, sorry, but it is. No more growing until it decides to push an aereole out somewhere, could be a long time or something can trigger it, I don't know.

* Sometimes these guys can stall, growth can stop, restart, sometimes you have to be patient for them to shoot out an aereole spine to get a pup, still cool as is!

Trichocereus Bridgesii monstrose penis cactus,  TBM, this is the Long Form version, can get 4-5' plus tall. Heavy rain this winter caused it too fill up and split as they do sometimes, almost always self-heal as this one did.
